We work with both MDs and NPs, as well as other licensed clinicians, based on what's needed for your product category and state regulations.
Does Scriptful employ its own doctors?
No, we partner with a licensed Professional Corporation that provides access to a national network of credentialed practitioners.
Can practitioners choose what kind of patients or treatments they want to focus on?
Yes. Practitioners are matched based on their licensing, experience, and category preference.
What is the difference between MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs in your network?
Each clinician type has different scopes of practice. We guide you on who is appropriate based on your offering and legal requirements.
How are practitioners assigned to consults?
We route patient intake forms to the appropriate licensed practitioner based on state and category.
What are the typical pricing models for provider consultations?
Prices vary based on risk and treatment category, but most are either per-consult or flat monthly models.
Are Scriptful’s providers trained in asynchronous telemedicine?
Yes. All participating providers are trained to deliver care asynchronously when applicable and compliant.
Can a client bring their own providers into the Scriptful system?
Yes. If you have licensed providers, we can integrate them into the flow as long as legal and tech standards are met.

Can I choose which pharmacy I want to work with?
Yes. We make introductions, but you choose the best fit based on service, pricing, and logistics.
Do you work with 503A and 503B pharmacies?
Yes. We partner with both, depending on whether your product is patient-specific or needs to be made in bulk.
Can Scriptful connect me with a pharmacy that fulfills compounded medications?
Absolutely. Most of our clients work with pharmacies that compound and fulfill custom formulations.
Does Scriptful manage shipping and delivery logistics?
Shipping is handled by the pharmacy, but we ensure they have efficient logistics in place.
How are prescriptions sent to pharmacies?
Prescriptions are electronically routed (eRx) to your assigned pharmacy once a practitioner approves the patient’s intake.
Can pharmacies offer custom labels or white-labeled bottles?
Yes. Many pharmacies offer custom branding, packaging, and inserts.
What should I know about pricing and pharmacy fees?
Pharmacies typically charge per unit or per script. We help you negotiate fair pricing with transparency.
Does Scriptful handle refills or prescription renewals?
Yes. We build workflows to support refill logic based on clinical protocols and practitioner approval.

Is LegitScript required for telemedicine?

Do I need to register a Professional Corporation (PC) to operate legally?
