Shay Hutchison is a telemedicine executive and business development leader with more than a decade of experience in the telemedicine staffing industry. Throughout his career, he has helped build and scale national provider networks, supported millions of patient encounters, and worked with healthcare organizations to launch compliant, growth-focused virtual care programs. Hutchison’s experience spans telehealth operations, physician staffing, medical directorship models, provider recruitment, strategic partnerships, and cash-pay healthcare growth. He has played a key role in connecting telemedicine companies with the clinical infrastructure, provider coverage, and operational support needed to scale across multiple care categories, including wellness, urgent care, hormone health, weight management, longevity, and specialty virtual care services. Known for his ability to bridge business development with practical healthcare execution, Hutchison focuses on helping organizations expand access to care while building efficient, scalable, and compliant telemedicine models.

Medical Director
Dr. Cattelane is a licensed physician in all states with expertise in Emergency Medicine, Medical Genetics, and Family Medicine. Since graduating from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997, he has brought decades of experience to patient care and clinical leadership.
