4. SMS & Ringless Voicemail — Specific Data Practices
4.1 Consent Records
We maintain records of all opt-ins and opt-outs associated with SMS and RVM campaigns processed through our platform. You must maintain strict protocols for tracking, storing, and verifying consent records. These records are retained for compliance purposes.
4.2 Message Logs
We retain logs of messages sent, including timestamps, delivery status, and phone numbers, to support compliance auditing and dispute resolution.
4.3 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. This information is used solely to deliver your authorized communications and to maintain compliance records.
4.4 Opt-Out Honoring
All opt-outs (STOP requests for SMS, or DNC requests for RVM) are processed immediately and reflected in our suppression lists. We will not send further marketing communications to any individual who has opted out.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers (Subprocessors)
We work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver our Services, including:
• Twilio — SMS and voice delivery infrastructure. Twilio's Messaging Policy provides the restrictions and requirements that apply to the use of Twilio Messaging Services. Twilio processes message data in accordance with their own privacy policy and data protection terms.
• Payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and analytics tools
All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
5.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or government authority, including to comply with TCPA, FTC, or FCC regulations or enforcement actions.
5.3 Business Transfers

6. Do Not Call (DNC) Compliance
